We perfect bind millions of books each year with varying sizes and degrees of complexity. This 250,000 book project included a six page special pocket cover that was die-cut, folded and glued, special dividers that were scored, cut, and folded, gate fold text sections, and a saddle stitched book that we stitched and inserted into the inside back cover after PUR Perfect Binding. Our customer needed a special product launch box for a new sock line. We designed, engineered, and manufactured this magnetic closure display case. Laminating, die-cutting, and assembly work.

To make the inaugural season of one of Portland’s finest sports franchises special, we perfect bound a photo book with PUR adhesive, and then designed and manufactured a special sleeve for the book to be inserted into for life long memories. Creating a complete project solution for the Oregon Lottery included both a gift box and a counter display with several versions. From design to final kit packing, six versions were shrink-wrapped together with a display box for easy distribution.
